Grand jury declines murder charge in deadly Tempe road rage shooting
A grand jury declined to indict the shooter in a deadly road rage incident in Tempe earlier this month on murder and weapons charges. Dustin Jackson is still facing drug charges after police said they found cocaine in his truck on July 1. Jackson shot and killed 29-year-old Steven Bevan after Jackson was cut off and Bevan approached his truck.
