SCOTTSDALE, AZ (AZFamily) — Are you looking for a new lunch spot? A popular California-based restaurant has just chosen an East Valley city for its first Arizona location.
On Tuesday, Mendocino Farms announced it will be coming to The Promenade Scottsdale in 2026. Guests can “Eat Happy” at Mendocino Farms and enjoy sandwiches and colorful salads that are made with fresh ingredients.
“Arizona has been a key growth market on our list as we continue expanding our footprint across the U.S.,” said Kevin Miles, CEO of Mendocino Farms. “We look forward to joining Scottsdale’s vibrant dining scene and creating a welcoming space for guests to gather and enjoy delicious, fresh meals when we open in 2026.”
The new 3,000+ square foot Scottsdale restaurant will be located at the corner of Scottsdale Road and Paradise Lane. It will feature a 500-square-foot patio, allowing guests to enjoy meals both indoors and outdoors. A specific opening date has not yet been announced…
