GLENDALE, AZ (AZFamily) — James Kingsmore is tired of living in fear, afraid that the big crack in his bedroom ceiling in Glendale will give way and crush him while he’s sleeping.
“I told them I am scared for my life,” said Kingsmore. “I’m worried this roof will collapse on me and kill me in the middle of the night or in the middle of the day.”
For the past two years, he has been trying to get his HOA and management company to fix the big hole over his bed, which has been getting bigger and bigger, but no one has come out to make the necessary repairs to his townhome off 48th Avenue and Rose Lane, which is north of Bethany Home Road…
