After more than two years of anticipation, CATCH Hospitality Group (CHG) has announced the eagerly-awaited grand opening of CATCH Scottsdale on Sept. 19. Located at the ever-expanding Scottsdale Fashion Square, this marks the seventh addition to CHG’s growing portfolio, joining the likes of New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Aspen, Miami Beach, and Dallas.
“CATCH Scottsdale represents the next phase of our growth—refined, design-forward, and rooted in experiential hospitality,” says Eugene Remm, CHG partner, in a press release. “Every detail, from the menu to the space itself, reflects the evolution of our brand, and we’re excited to introduce the CATCH brand to the Scottsdale landscape.”
At the helm of CATCH Scottsdale is CHG co-founders Mark Birnbaum and Remm, with Tilman J. Fertitta, currently on diplomatic leave, serving as a guiding force of the dining concept. The interiors, conceived by the acclaimed Rockwell Group, offer a masterclass in Desert Modernism. A warm, West Coast-inspired palette of terracotta, auburn reds, and classic CATCH green harmonizes with limestone, wood lattice, and abundant tile, creating a space that is both vibrant and serene that will blend harmoniously with Scottsdale Fashion Square’s luxury setting. Metallic mesh and oil-rubbed bronze introduce texture and sophistication, reflecting the region’s natural beauty and the area’s elevated lifestyle.
As for the menu, diners will be hooked. CATCH Scottsdale will showcase the brand’s signature shareable dining concept, blending refined seafood, premium steaks, and standout sushi with energetic, attentive service. Highlights include the CATCH Roll, truffle sashimi, spicy gigli, and Cantonese lobster, alongside an exclusive Japanese sushi and Wagyu program sourced directly from Tokyo’s Toyosu Market.
