Scottsdale district may shut down 2 schools

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — The Scottsdale Unified School District is planning to collect feedback from the community on the prospect of potentially closing two schools.

During the school board meeting on Oct. 7, the board will review a request to schedule a public hearing regarding the possible closure or repurposing of Pima Elementary School and Echo Canyon K-8 School.
