PHOENIX – A long-awaited upscale restaurant and lounge with a celebrity pedigree is set to debut in Old Town Scottsdale.
40 Love is scheduled to open Dec. 13, over a year after the original target date. Initial plans called for a spring 2024 launch, but the project experienced construction delays.
The venue, which is named after a tennis score, is located at 7117 E. Sixth Ave., between Stetson Drive and Scottsdale Road. Dinner reservations are now available.
