MESA (AZFamily) — Mesa residents are demanding action from city officials and the FAA after Falcon Field recorded 76,000 more flights in 2024 than in 2023, with neighbors citing increased noise and organizing petition drives.
Mesa resident Lorijane Hoover said spending time in her backyard has become unbearable because of constant airplane noise from nearby Falcon Field.
“It’s just become unenjoyable to be out in your own yard,” Hoover said. “It’s like a race car without a muffler.”…
