SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — An Oregon man was arrested Saturday in Scottsdale after police say he left a dog in a parked car that was being towed away.
Officers were called to an apartment complex near Scottsdale Road and McDowell around 9:30 p.m. Saturday for reports of a dog that had been left in a locked car for an extended period of time.
