Bystander Narrowly Avoids Stray Bullet During New Year’s Phoenix Firework Show: ‘What Is Wrong With People?!’

One would like to see a New Year’s Eve go without incident, but sadly, that’s not always the case. During the celebrations, one bystander in Phoenix, Arizona, almost got hit with a stray bullet while watching the New Year’s celebration fireworks. Fortunately, the bullet only hit a yard ornament. However, in a more unfortunate scenario, this could have ended badly and ruined someone’s New Year’s in seconds. While nothing bad besides a broken decoration happened, many are wondering why the lost bullet occurred in the first place, especially with some laws forbidding the use of guns in situations like this one.

While watching fireworks on my porch in North Phoenix, this came down and smashed a yard ornament… A foot away from where I was standing. What goes up must come down people…
