Mendocino Farms Opens First Arizona Location in Scottsdale

Mendocino Farms, the California-born fast-casual concept known for its sandwiches, salads, and hospitality-driven approach, will open its first Arizona location in Scottsdale’s Gainey Ranch on Feb. 17. This debut marks a milestone in the brand’s continued expansion and introduces its “Eat Happy” experience to one of the Valley’s most active dining corridors.

The new Mendocino Farms is designed as a welcoming space suited for quick weekday lunches, casual dinners, group outings, and catering orders. The concept emphasizes bold flavor combinations, high-quality ingredients, and a community-focused environment intended to make guests feel at home.

“The opening of our first store in Arizona represents both a meaningful expansion for our brand and an opportunity to connect with a new community,” says Alicia Mowder, CMO of Mendocino Farms, in a press release. “Scottsdale locals who have experienced Mendo in the past have been asking if an Arizona location is coming for years and now they’re rallying with us for this introduction to The Valley.
