Emily Pike’s murder still unsolved one year later

MESA, AZ (AZFamily) — One year after Emily Pike was murdered, her killer still walks free.

The 14-year-old from the San Carlos Apache Tribe was last seen alive in Mesa. One year ago today, her remains were found in trash bags in Globe. No arrests have been made, and her case remains unsolved.

Emily was last seen alive off Mesa Drive and McKellips after she ran away from a group home at the end of January 2024. Saturday, people gathered at her memorial to remind the community that Emily’s case isn’t forgotten.
