More rain, snow and wind on the way for Arizona on First Alert days

PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Tuesday was a First Alert morning with rain tapering off early for the Valley, along with windy and cooler temperatures statewide.

In the Valley, look for partly cloudy skies this morning clearing a bit for a mostly sunny afternoon ahead. Early morning rainfall totals are generally between one-tenth and one-quarter of an inch across town. Rain chances are slim for the rest of the day in the Valley, with slightly higher chances along foothill locations north and east of the Valley.

Temperatures will peak near 70 degrees today in the Valley with breezy conditions persisting. Winds are expected to pick up tomorrow, with cooler temperatures and another round of rain moving in. For this reason, Tuesday and Wednesday will also be First Alert Weather Days…
