Single-vehicle collision with light rail leaves 3 injured in north Phoenix

PHOENIX — Three people were injured in north Phoenix after a single-vehicle collision into the Valley Metro light rail on Friday afternoon, authorities said.

Police responded to the area of Central and Highland avenues around noon for reports of a crash, according to the Phoenix Police Department.
