Sam Fox is bringing his all-day concept The Henry to the Scottsdale 101 shopping center, with the North Scottsdale outpost slated to open March 18. The new ground-up restaurant will span about 7,000 square feet and is laid out for easy indoor-outdoor flow, with a front patio, an interior courtyard and a walk-up coffee bar. Inside, an open kitchen anchors the dining room, which mixes private nooks with casual seating so it can handle everything from grab-and-go mornings to late-night drinks.
