Cool and breezy changes are coming to Arizona

PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Temperatures will be on the move over the next week in the Phoenix area, with several cool-downs and warm-ups in the forecast.

Highs will reach the mid-80s Wednesday afternoon, with overnight lows dipping into the mid- to upper-50s. Winds will increase across the Valley on Thursday, blowing from the west at 10 to 15 mph, with gusts of 25 to 30 mph possible from the afternoon into the early evening. It will feel noticeably cooler, with highs topping out in the upper 70s to around 80 degrees.

Friday morning will be the coolest we have seen in a while, with lows in the upper 40s to low 50s. Afternoon highs will only reach the low to mid-70s, making it the coolest day of the week. Another chilly start is possible Saturday morning, with lows again in the upper 40s to low 50s…
