PHOENIX — Heads up, Valley Metro riders and drivers, this could affect your commute.
Due to paving and utility work along the B line in south Phoenix, the intersection of Southern and Central avenues will be closed to traffic on the following dates:
- Friday, March 27 at 8 p.m. – Monday, March 30 at 5 a.m.
- Friday, April 10 at 8 p.m. – Monday, April 13 at 5 a.m.
The eastbound detours are at 7th Avenue, and the westbound detours are at 7th Street, Valley Metro said.
