PHOENIX — A head-on collision between a pickup truck and a utility terrain vehicle (UTV) north of Lake Pleasant sent seven people to the hospital Sunday afternoon, including several teenagers.
Peoria Police and Peoria Fire-Medical responded to the crash near Castle Hot Springs and Cow Creek roads, about one mile east of Castle Hot Springs in Yavapai County, around 1:45 p.m.
