Start light with the pani puri, which drops to $9.60 during happy hour — crispy shells filled with tamarind pearls, moong, potatoes and boondi. The masala fries come in at $11.20: triple-cooked garbanzo chips with cumin and Maggi hot and sweet ketchup that are hard to stop eating.
