A new Japanese restaurant from Seattle restaurateur Brian Solazzi is taking shape on Beacon Hill. Gohan, currently under construction at 2904 and 2906 Beacon Ave. S., recently applied for beer, wine, and spirits licenses with the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board.
While no opening date has been announced, visitors can already sign up on the restaurant’s website for updates and invitations to preview events ahead of the official debut.
