Metro instituted major route changes on August 29, 2026. One of those changes has major consequences for commuters headed to the University of Washington in Seattle.
Route 372 started in Bothell, had stops in Kenmore and Lake Forest Park and continued through Lake City all the way to the University District (and the main campus of the University of Washington). So one ride to school if you attended the UW.
Now, a new Route 72 will serve the Seattle part of the old route and Route 522 will serve the Kenmore / LFP part of the line…
