Medina waterfront mansion sells for $22.8M in city’s largest sale of 2026

A waterfront mansion in Medina was sold by the heir to the Scripps media fortune in the city’s largest real estate transaction of 2026.

Edward Scripps Jr. and his wife, Christy, sold the home last month for $22.8 million, a home they built in 2020 and watched sit on the market for more than a year, according to The Seattle Times.
