A 10-page leasing brochure seen by The Game Post sells up 210,984 square feet of rentable space as a “turn key” building ready for specialized production facilities, with the master lease running through September 30th, 2035. A spokesperson for Bungie confirmed the offer to the site, claiming that the studio “is exploring options to sublease its campus” as a result of the studio “[transitioning] to a digital-first model several years ago.”…
