Friend mourns 17-year-old killed after Belltown street takeover turned violent

A friend of 17-year-old Kaleb Osborne, who was killed in a shooting last week in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood, is raising money to help Osborne’s family with funeral and other expenses as police continue searching for a suspect.

Osborne was among three people killed and three others injured in a series of shootings in the neighborhood last weekend. The King County Medical Examiner’s Office said Osborne died from gunshot wounds to the head and neck.
