The exit ramp to West Seattle from northbound I-5 is fully blocked due to a garbage truck burning in the middle of the roadway.
The garbage truck caught on fire in the median on the West Seattle Bridge at approximately 12:40 p.m. and initially did not block any lanes, according to KIRO Newsradio Traffic.
