The made-to-order fried-chicken deliciousness of Starbird is landing in West Seattle at 11 a.m. on Sept. 28, complete with grand-opening day-of specials.
Starbird Chicken’s first 200 guests will get free, first-come first-served meals, One lucky guest will win a coveted “golden ticket” with their meal, which is worth one free entrée a week for a year.
This is the first Starbird Chicken location in Washington, joining other locations across California and Colorado. The business started out as a chef-backed concept by Aaron Noveshen, with backing from the food- and beverage-development company The Culinary Edge.
