SEATTLE – The man accused of fatally stabbing a King County Metro bus driver in December is scheduled to appear in court Monday, Dec. 6. Richard Sitzlack, 53, allegedly stabbed Shawn Yim, 59, during an altercation near the University of Washington on Dec. 18. Sitzlack was arrested a few days later.
