It was King County’s first murder of 2025 … now a suspect is in custody following his arrest Monday in Utah.
It started with a fight on January 10 in Tukwila and ended with a 16-year-old stabbed to death.
“This was a fight, and one guy pulled out a knife and it escalated,” Casey McNerthney with the King County Prosecutor’s Office said. “Then, investigators say he fled the state.”
