A Carnation man was arrested for second-degree murder and is now being held on a $2 million bail following a midday domestic violence call, where the suspect can allegedly be heard shooting the deceased.
According to probable cause documents from the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, on May 9, a Carnation man, 42, fatally shot his girlfriend. According to documents, the suspect accused his girlfriend, Kelly Kilburg, 46, of actually being his ex-girlfriend, Danielle, whom he thought was posing to be Kilburg through plastic surgery.
Documents state that the suspect was believed to be under the influence of an unknown drug or substance, and a crystalline substance resembling methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were recovered from his home…
