As you head west on 85th towards Crown Hill, passing our beloved Car Wash Palace, Chuck’s Hop Shop, and (secretly) the best Teriyaki currently in the neighborhood, you may see a new little black building with a wrap-around drive-through. Formerly the site of Riveted Coffee at 817 NW 85th Street, BoBu began as a passion project between two lifelong friends (one a co-owner of Pizzeria La Rocca) who shared a love for delicious, authentic food and a desire to create something different. Their goal is to bring the best of both worlds—quality and speed—to a busy world without sacrificing taste. Inspired by their roots and the abundance of local ingredients, they are committed to ensuring that every pretzel and pizza served at BoBu would be as fresh as possible, from dough made in-house daily to toppings sourced from nearby farms. Whether you’re craving a warm, hand-twisted pretzel or a piping hot pizza made with fresh mozzarella, BoBu has something for everyone. From the dough to the toppings, everything is designed to be quick yet never rushed. It’s more than just food—it’s a celebration of community, quality, and innovation, where customers can enjoy artisanal flavors made with local ingredients in record time. At BoBu, the result is always the same: fresh, fast, and a little bit different.…
