SEATTLE — KOMO News obtained security video showing the harrowing moments when gunfire rang out at a hookah lounge in March. The incident led to new safety regulations for after-hours businesses in the city.

The shooting, which occurred on March 30 at the Capri Hookah Lounge, resulted in the deaths of Ozzie Whitford and security guard Julius Rodriguez. Leontai Berry has been accused of the shootings.
