Judge issues no-bail hold on man accused of shooting 2 people in Tacoma hospital ER

TACOMA, Wash. — A 25-year-old man accused of shooting two people in a Tacoma hospital emergency room, killing one man and injuring a woman, appeared in court on Monday.

The suspect, identified as Martice Ryan, is facing charges of murder in the first degree and assault in the first degree for the Aug. 6 incident.
