FEDERAL WAY, Wash. — A powerful explosion in Federal Way on Friday destroyed a truck, damaged several cars, and left a street strewn with twisted metal and debris.
At 3:09 a.m., police and firefighters were dispatched to the 2000 block of S 308th St for reports of an explosion.
