BELLEVUE, Wash. — Bellevue police arrested a 17-year-old boy last week in the kidnapping and robbery of another teen in late May.
Police said that on May 22, the victim, also a 17-year-old boy, was lured to a Bellevue park by the suspect. Once the victim arrived, he was accosted by the suspect, who was wielding a gun and wearing a ski mask, according to the police report.
