SEATTLE — Seattle’s Mayor Bruce Harrell has introduced a budget that, despite facing a $150 million shortfall, he said he and his staff have found a solution that will preserve jobs.
Harrell’s biggest ticket items include $349.5 million for affordable housing and $225 million towards the homelessness response.
