King County launches stop hate hotline for victims of hate crimes

KING COUNTY, Wash. — King County has launched the Stop Hate Hotline, a 24/7 confidential reporting system for victims of hate crimes and bias incidents.

King County Executive Shannon Braddock announced the launch in partnership with King County Councilmember Reagan Dunn and Crisis Connections.

“The launch of the Stop Hate Hotline represents King County’s unwavering commitment to creating a community where every resident feels safe, valued, and protected from hate and bias,” said Executive Braddock. “This hotline provides crime victims and survivors support, resources, and assistance in reporting the crime to law enforcement if they choose.”…
