Victim’s family demands justice as suspect in I-90 death pleads not guilty

SEATTLE — The man charged with hitting and killing a 66-year-old man on I-90 before taking off will remain out of jail — at least for now. The suspect pleaded not guilty Thursday.

The victim’s family told the judge he should never have been behind the wheel in the first place.
