Fremont Residents Displaced After Two-Alarm Fire on Ashworth Ave N

On October 23, 2025, a two-alarm fire occurred in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle. The fire started with an RV in the driveway of a home on the 3800 block of Ashworth Ave. N. It then spread to the house. Seattle Fire Department units responded, with Engine 9 arriving first. Battalion 6 upgraded the response to a two-alarm fire at 9:52 p.m.

Firefighters brought the fire under control by 10:09 p.m. and fully extinguished it by 10:23 p.m. About 88 firefighters took part, using ten engines and five ladder companies. Three adults were displaced. The Red Cross was contacted to assist them. No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation…
