Unruly passenger charged with spitting in the face of SEA Airport police officer

SEATTLE — A passenger who was ‘aggressively’ trying to get through a TSA checkpoint at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) has been charged with assault after allegedly spitting in the face of an airport police officer.

According to charging documents filed this week in King County Superior Court, officers from the Port of Seattle police were called to TSA checkpoint 3 around 6:00 p.m. on Nov. 7 on a report of an intoxicated passenger who was seen harassing women and being aggressive with other people in line.
