A Federal Way man died at the Emerald Queen Casino in Tacoma after reportedly falling through glass.
According to Tacoma Fire Department spokesperson Chelsea Shepherd, at 9:19 p.m. Dec. 20, the department responded to a call regarding someone who fell through the glass on an upper floor near the escalators.
Evan Potifara, 37, of Federal Way, was identified as deceased, and a second person was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. Because the incident occurred on tribal land, the Puyallup Tribal Police Department is investigating, Shepherd said…
