SEATTLE — All lanes on westbound I-90 at Rainier Avenue South in Seattle have reopened after a flipped semi truck blocked the entire roadway.
The Washington State Department of Transportation posted on X around 12:30 p.m. that there was “a collision blocking all lanes.”
