KITSAP COUNTY, Wash. (KOMO) — A high-speed chase in Kitsap County ended dramatically when a stolen car crashed into a freeway overpass after a deputy executed a precision intervention technique (PIT maneuver) on Monday.
The incident unfolded shortly after 10:30 p.m. on Jan. 5, when the car’s owner reported to 911 that his estranged wife had stolen the vehicle and was spotted with a friend at the Suquamish casino.
