A 30-year-old Federal Way man faces felony charges in Lewis County after he allegedly sped from pursuing police on Interstate 5 at speeds of approximately 110 mph.
According to the probable cause affidavit filed by prosecutors, the man had previously called to say he was being followed by a cartel.
