SEATTLE — One person is dead and three other people were injured after a physical fight turned into a shootout in a Pioneer Square parking garage early Sunday morning.
Police officers responded to the Sinking Ship parking garage around 1:30 a.m. where they found a man dead with a gunshot wound to the head.
