RENTON, Wash. — The man accused of shooting and killing another man inside Los Jalapeños grocery store on Feb. 3 in Renton pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder on Wednesday.
Jose Cruz Victorino, 32, remains in jail on $3 million bail. A pre-trial hearing is set for March 10.
