A juvenile was arrested early Friday morning, Feb. 13, after a Burien Police deputy stopped a vehicle that had been reported stolen just hours earlier, according to the Burien Police Department.
Police said that just after midnight, a deputy on routine patrol observed a Honda Civic traveling north in Burien without front or rear lights activated during hours of darkness and weaving within its lane of travel. The deputy initiated a traffic stop.
After the stop was called out, King County dispatchers advised the deputy that the Honda had been reported stolen a few hours earlier, police said. The driver pulled over and deputies conducted a high risk vehicle stop. The driver was taken into custody without incident…
