FEDERAL WAY, Wash. — Just three or four minutes from home, Vitali Siumbeli stopped at a red light Sunday morning on his way home from getting gas.
Moments later, prosecutors say, another driver traveling at a high rate of speed ran the intersection and slammed into his vehicle — igniting a crash that would leave Siumbeli trapped inside his burning car.
The collision, which unfolded around 8:05 a.m. at South 356th Street and Enchanted Parkway South in Federal Way, set off a fiery chain reaction involving four vehicles, according to court documents…
