SEATTLE — Wade Wooley pulled into the Olympic Hills QFC on Tuesday, one of the cheaper options in his northeast Seattle neighborhood at $4.29 per gallon. He watched the numbers on the gas pump climb with a weary resignation.
“I’m at $57, 14 gallons. It’ll get up to $70. I’m pretty sure $80,” Wooley said.
