KITSAP COUNTY, Wash. — A homicide investigation is underway in Kitsap County after a 30-year-old man from the Poulsbo area was found dead at a home on Sunday.
Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office deputies were sent to the home around 10:15 p.m. for a domestic violence call, where they found the victim already deceased.
