KITTITAS COUNTY, Wash. — A 34-year-old man was arrested after calling 911 to report he had shot and killed his brother during an altercation at a Kitsap County home, according to probable cause documents.
Deputies responded around 10:15 p.m. Sunday to a split-level residence in the 20000 block NW Circle Dr, Poulsbo, where the caller told dispatchers he shot his brother after being pinned down, choked, and threatened.
