SEATTLE — A proposed class action lawsuit filed in federal court in Seattle accuses Costco of charging shoppers higher prices tied to federal tariffs, then seeking refunds for those same tariff costs after the tariffs were later ruled unlawful, according to the complaint.
The lawsuit was filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington against Issaquah-based Costco Wholesale Corp.
